**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Consultant to join our Digital practice in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific region. As an Analyst, you will work on a broad range of consulting engagements for Visa clients, enabling portfolio growth and improved profitability in clients' payment card businesses.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of full-time work experience, a strong foundation of UX/UI design principles, and a proven track record of delivery. You will be responsible for supporting components of client engagements, including project management, customer interviews, synthesis, insight generation, and creating high-quality project outputs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the preparation of client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles, and responsibilities, scope, and deliverables.
  2. Conduct and/or support in-depth market testing using qualitative and quantitative research methods, taking part in the planning and execution of creative workshops with clients.
  3. Synthesize insights into defensible visions, frameworks, and concepts using human-centered design, identify user needs, and translate business goals into recommendations for product and/or service.
  4. Rapidly convert ideas into detailed storyboards, mockups, and working prototypes, meshing-together solutions/capabilities that exist within Visa or externally.
