The Opportunity:
This role is mandated with leading a team of business development and bid management specialists, with the collective objective of growing existing business and prospecting for new business, within the context of annual business unit plans and Aon's longer-term commercial growth strategy.

About You:
As the General Manager - Growth & Client Experience, you will oversee the strategic growth of our business and lead initiatives that elevate the client experience. You will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our brand remains the marketplace of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
You will need to be passionate about growth and enhancing client service offerings. We are seeking a strong relationship manager with proven success in driving profitable growth within a strategically focused business. This individual will exemplify the right behaviors, engaging effectively with the broader Aon team and executive stakeholders.
