About the Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure efficient branch operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Technician, with expertise in Auto repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration
  • NCEA Level 2 in English and Math or equivalent
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
  • Proficient in using and learning new technology
