Flight Centre Systems Expert

This role requires a highly skilled professional to work as a key member of our Supply business team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and consultancy to internal and external businesses, working closely with various stakeholders including consultant support teams, brands, Project Management & Engineering (PM&E), vendors, and management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our Air Distribution systems and their relationship with Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) systems and users, and the business impacts of any changes.
- Provide high level technical assistance by handling third level support escalations, ensuring issues are fully understood, clearly documented and/or solution provided.
- Proactively identify trends and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline or enhance.
- Liaise with internal support business to limit duplication and ensure consistency in delivery of knowledge and resources.
- Release management – including signing-off testing, communications, and deployment of system releases, and the impacts around their integration with FCTG systems.
- Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years' Travel industry experience in working with Air Distribution systems and our products such as Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport or other air aggregators.
- 1-2 years' leadership experience.
