About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Flight Centre Travel Group as a Capability Owner, where you will be responsible for providing third-level support and consultancy to internal and external businesses. You will be part of the Global Supply team and will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities.

In this role, you will be the Subject Matter Expert in fulfilment and the systems supporting it in the Australian business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Handling third-level support escalations through various channels, ensuring issues are fully understood and clearly documented.
  2. Identifying trends and opportunities to simplify or streamline operational processes.
What You Will Do

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance on best practices, governance, and process improvements to ensure day-to-day operations run effectively and efficiently.
  2. Collaborating with the Supply Business Improvement Managers to create and validate processes to enhance business productivity through automation and offshoring.
  3. Developing and managing knowledge articles in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
  4. Providing expertise for upskilling of Support & Offshore team members to consistently improve the delivery of consultant support and training.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
  2. 3+ years of experience in ticketing.
  3. 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  4. Experience working with GDS systems.
