We are looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support children's language development.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide holistic support to children.
  • Conduct assessments and create individualised therapy plans to address communication and language needs.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help children achieve their developmental milestones.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing).
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating.
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating by early 2025.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
