About the Role
The Psychologist position at Straitnz involves providing expert mental health services to our clients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Delivering individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in clinical psychology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.

You will be a registered psychologist with the relevant professional body, and hold a current practicing certificate. You will also have experience working in a mental health setting, and a proven track record of delivering effective therapy services.
