Job Description
This role involves working as a mental health nurse coordinator, providing support and guidance to individuals and whānau across the Coromandel Peninsula and Hauraki region. You will work closely with our local NGO and PHO partners to ensure effective care coordination and community engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in upholding Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, particularly in healthcare settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a commitment to fostering partnerships and interagency collaboration. A passion for making a difference to the lives of tangata whaiora and whānau is a must.
