About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated mental health professional such as Psychologist, Registered Nurse, or Social Worker to join our multi-disciplinary team at Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (iCAMHS) in Taupo.

About you It is essential that the successful candidate has strong mental health assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
The successful candidate should also be able to work efficiently both independently and with other clinicians in our skilled multi-disciplinary team.
An ability to connect and build a trusting relationship with a wide range of people from the community is essential, whether it be on-site, at schools, homes, or other settings.Applicants must have registration, or be eligible for registration, with a NZ professional body, hold a current full clean NZ drivers licence, and meet requirements for the children's worker safety checks.We welcome applications from experienced clinicians who can demonstrate a commitment to working with tamariki, rangatahi, and their whanau.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.About us iCAMHS provides multi-disciplinary mental health services to those in our community who are experiencing the highest needs.
iCAMHS Rotorua is based in Te Aka Mauri, the Children's Health Hub, housed in the Rotorua Public Library.
The Taupo iCAMHS team is based on the Taupo Hospital site.
