As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our OB/GYN department, you will play a vital role in supporting our physicians and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care, administering medications and documenting therapeutic effects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patient medical status during treatment.
  2. Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices in OB/GYN care.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
