About This Role
The Digital Manager will play a key role in delivering comprehensive group digital strategies across all stages of the customer lifecycle. This includes leading the identification and execution of digital strategies, developing excellent cross-functional working relationships, and taking people on the journey to ensure Skyline realizes the full potential of its digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing group digital strategies to align with organisational objectives
* Overseeing daily operations and longer-term developments of external websites (WordPress) ensuring optimal technical performance and security at all times
* Enhancing performance across all digital channels, including social media, search, organic, paid, etc.
* Setting and measuring digital KPIs that inform and drive data-driven decisions to optimise spend, allocate resource, and system development

Your Qualifications:
* 8+ years of digital strategy leadership experience, ideally across diverse global territories
* Technical CMS management experience (ideally WordPress), ensuring the Skyline site is both secure and technically optimised for performance
* Expertise in optimising digital channels (SEO/SEM, Social, Content Management, etc)
* Leadership experience in developing digital best practices
