Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, and prices.

You will communicate with customers and clients via email, phone, or online chat to answer their quotations enquiries, understand their technical questions, assess their needs, and suggest or promote alternative products or services.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advanced technical support to customers
  • Communicating with customers and clients to answer their enquiries and provide advice
  • Applying established procedures or developing new solutions to solve technical problems
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records and tracking the volume, content, and outcomes of enquiries received
  • Registering all activities with customers and nurturing opportunities in our CRM tool

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Customer Services as a technical expert or consultant role
  • Solid Product and Application Knowledge for high-level complex trouble shooting
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to design and prepare internal or external technical training material about product and application
  • Excellent written and spoken English
