We are seeking a skilled equipment operator to join our team in Fort McMurray. This role requires a strong emphasis on safety and proficiency in operating various heavy equipment, including excavators, grapples, magnets, and balers.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Clean and lubricate equipment regularly.
- Perform minor repairs and report necessary repairs to the supervisor.
**Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid safety tickets (H2S, First Aid, CSTS, Ground Disturbance).
- Grade 12 or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work variable shifts and hours.
