About the Job: As a Facilities and Machinery Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility and production equipment. You will perform routine inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues, and maintain documentation of maintenance activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or facilities maintenance.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software.
