We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to provide support to a diverse range of students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school setting. - Offer personalised support to address the unique challenges of students with SEMH needs, whether related to behaviour, focus, academic work, or coping with social life.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualised learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of every child.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience working with children who have additional needs.
- Able to follow EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) or other educational plans designed to cater to individual learning needs.
- Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to support students' diverse learning requirements.
- Proactive and flexible approach, capable of adapting to various situations and challenges that may arise.
