**Job Title:** Child Led Learning Specialist
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Led Learning Specialist to join our team. As a Child Led Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating child-led learning experiences, supporting parents and whānau, and contributing to the overall development of our centre.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate child-led learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement educational programmes that meet the needs of all children.
- Collaborate with the centre whānau to create a safe and inclusive space for all members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Hold a Playcentre Course 3 qualification or higher or an Early Childhood qualification of Level 4 or higher.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to achieve this.
- Knowledge and understanding of Te Whāriki and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
