About the Position

This Corrections Officer position is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of offenders and contribute to the rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals into society.

As a Corrections Officer, you will be responsible for influencing offenders to make positive changes in their lives, supporting them towards an offence-free lifestyle, and working effectively in a team environment.

You will be required to work shifts on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a one-week induction, 5 weeks of training at our National Training Centre, and ongoing professional practice and development support.

Our starting salary is $67,519, with opportunities for career progression and increased salary levels.
