Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy and Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary and admin department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include serving patients at the reception, preparing prescriptions for doctors to sign, and managing stock levels appropriately.

Main Duties:
• Serve patients at the reception
• Prepare prescriptions for doctors to sign
• Manage stock levels
• Order and receive stock as necessary
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions
• Maintain accurate records of issued medications and repeat prescriptions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A good standard of basic education to include a minimum of 3 GCSEs of Grades A-C
Recognized Dispensary Assistant qualification e.g. Buttercups or NPA
A Level or higher education
Previous experience of working in a Pharmacy or General Practice Dispenser for a minimum of 1-2 years
Experience of working in a busy environment and managing large workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills
