Your Role

As a Hall's Permits Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our compliance and processes meet New Zealand standards.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Managing permits and routes to ensure compliance.
  2. Investigating permit breaches and promoting compliance across the business.
  3. Processing insurance claims for our fleet.
  4. Collaborating with drivers, operations, and transport managers to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve compliance and streamline processes.

Requirements

Experience in applying for and managing transport permits is advantageous.

Knowledge of truck configurations and mapping routes is essential.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to compliance and risk management, are necessary.
