Salary: As a Chef de Partie, you will earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.80, with an additional £1.50 per hour for hours worked between 12am and 6am. This opportunity allows you to earn a premium for working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Job Description: In this role, you will be part of a creative and nurturing kitchen team that promotes learning and a passion for food and produce. Your responsibilities will include preparing set recipes, ensuring menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and communicating effectively with the kitchen team. You will also be responsible for maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards, as well as assisting with administration tasks such as food hygiene records and stocktakes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working in a kitchen, a passion for creating culinary masterpieces, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must also have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
