Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our communities. The role involves:

  • Leading a dynamic team of allied health professionals
  • Developing and implementing service plans to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Maintaining high-quality care standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

As a registered allied health professional, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management position within the healthcare sector. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Competency in te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
  • Experience in projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, particularly in healthcare settings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
