Corporate Mental Health Officer

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced administrator to provide cover for a secondment in our Corporate Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to two Directors, as well as managing the administration of our learning and development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Directors, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Manage the administration of our learning and development processes, including coordinating training sessions and developing educational materials
- Assist with reporting requirements, including data collection and analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- High degree of organisational ability and application of logic in work
- Computing/information management skills (essential) or relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability with written and oral communication, and relating effectively with people
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, use initiative, and be organised and methodical
