The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our small but mighty Payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fortnightly salaried and weekly waged payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end management of a fortnightly salaried and weekly waged payroll
  2. Provide payroll advice to people leaders and employees
  3. Support our Payroll Manager with various projects

Requirements

  • Experience managing both salaried and waged payrolls of 500+ employees
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Holidays Act 2003 and all NZ payroll legislation/best-practice
  • A customer-centric style, being helpful, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with SAP HCM or DataPay would be an advantage, but not essential
