The Role
As our HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and consultants with HR administration and recruitment processes. Your tasks will include recruitment support, such as posting job advertisements, screening applications, booking and supporting interviews, and managing the application process. You will also be responsible for HR documentation, drafting contracts, preparing variations to agreements, writing job descriptions, and managing the signing of employment agreements. Additionally, you will administer pre-employment testing and other assessment tools, and perform general HR administration tasks, including preparing resignation letters and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be local to Rotorua to support our team and clients effectively. You should have some experience in HR, recruitment, or administration and a keen interest in HR. You must also be able to manage highly confidential work and flex between tasks, stay organised, and keep your cool in a fast-paced environment. A positive, fun attitude is essential – we work hard but enjoy what we do.
