As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals develop their independence and acquire essential life skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, and medication administration.
  • Assisting with public transportation, employment, and finances.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with individuals and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A calm nature and confidence when working with challenging behaviors.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts.
  • Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support.
  • A full NZ driver's license.
