Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Specialist to join our Noel Leeming Services team in Taupo. This full-time position will be based out of our store, working Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday - Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm, 45 hours per week.

Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering solutions through live demonstrations, support, and advice. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

As a field-based role, you must have a full clean New Zealand Driver's license to operate one of our company vehicles.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, installation, or customer service
  • Confidence in setting up and installing technology
  • Superior interpersonal and customer support skills
  • Ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer
  • Driven and confident in troubleshooting problems
  • Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training and accreditations
