Job Description

This permanent part-time position involves working up to 30 hours per week in our Adult Community Mental Health & Addiction Services, Lakes Opioid Treatment Service (LOTS). The role requires a Registered Nurse or other suitably qualified health professional with experience in a community mental health and/or addictions environment.

  • Be competent in all facets of assessment, holistic care, and multi-disciplinary teamwork and have demonstrated ability to work with all ethnicities, particularly Māori/Iwi.
  • Have an Annual Practising Certificate & registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand or other regulatory body.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organizations and develop sound legislative knowledge, particularly as pertains to the SACAT Act.
