We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our NZ sales team based in Wellington or Auckland. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales for our hotels across New Zealand and globally, exceeding client expectations, delivering on their requirements, and establishing Tfe as their company of choice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end sales - connecting with clients, converting leads, engaging with stakeholders, and retaining business.
  • Researching and evaluating tender proposals to ensure we meet client needs.
  • Developing strong relationships with existing and future clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor analysis to refine our offerings.
  • Representing the company at industry events, functions, and trade events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales from the hospitality or travel industries.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Prior experience using MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar).
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid New Zealand driver's license/ own reliable car.
  • Full working rights in New Zealand.
