Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Roblawmax Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and pipeline development for our client, a high-performing interior fit-out consultancy.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in business development in New Zealand, with strong skills in project management and sales. You will be expected to leverage your expertise to understand and engage with people effectively, identifying new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and pipeline development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with business goals.
