About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Te Toka Tumai Auckland.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in Cardiac Physiology and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing a team of Cardiac Physiologists & Technicians, providing specialist and advanced clinical practice, and promoting an integrated approach to care that is patient-centred.

About You

  • You will have a tertiary qualification relevant to this role and a minimum of ten years post-qualification experience in Cardiac Physiology.
  • You will have a demonstrable track record as a self-motivated, conscientious leader with a strong clinical and consumer focus.
  • You will have excellent communication and operational management skills.
  • You will have a commitment to biculturalism and achieving equitable outcomes for Maori.
  • You will have experience in clinical leadership and project management.
