Our services for older adults are provided by Enliven, which creates elder-centered communities where people have companionship, meaningful activity, purpose and fun. We value integrity, respect, courage, manaaki and aroha.

Ross Home supports up to 124 residents living at rest home level care. We have a 3-year MOH certification, testifying to our quality of systems, processes and living environments. At PSO, we strive for excellence in aged care.

The Role

This is a Permanent Part-time position as a Health Care Assistant at Ross Home, working 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for supporting residents with everyday activities, including personal care, assistance at mealtimes and general care duties. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, compassionate and patient, with experience in an aged care environment preferred.

You will work well in a team, enjoy working alongside older adults and be physically fit and strong. A Level 3 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent will be an added advantage. Additional shifts can be worked by mutual agreement.
