About This Role:
This Part-Time Retail Professional role involves collaborating with our store team to drive sales growth, execute visual merchandising standards, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service
  • Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Processing merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenishing inventory as needed
Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need a strong retail sales or customer service background, with a proven track record of success. You should be highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving results. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, is also required.
