Radiology Nurse Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic CT scanning team at Waikato Hospital.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly, dedicated team in Radiology nursing, which is fast-paced, evolving, and full of critical moments.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with radiologists and other Medical Imaging Technologists to provide expert care to patients before, during, and after various radiographic procedures in CT.
Requirements- Registered nurse with a current practising certificate.
- Previous experience in Radiology/Surgical/Procedural Nursing would be an advantage.
- Competence in accessing CVADs.
- Ultrasound cannulation skills are preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
