Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Revenue Generation Manager to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. as a Commercial Director.



About the Job:

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth across all segments and channels, maximizing total revenue and profit performance, and market share penetration of the hotel in APAC.




  • Directly accountable for driving the Top-line Budget and Forecast by implementing a commercial strategy and business plan through to execution using the Hilton Commercial Focus process and all available business tools and intelligence.
  • Demonstrate expertise in analyzing complex data sets and making informed decisions to drive revenue growth.


About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3+ years' experience in hospitality/travel industry with a focus on revenue generation or commercial services, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




  • Prior experience presenting sales plans to senior-level executives is highly desirable.
  • A collaborative/matrixed environment and working with departmental financial data to make strategic decisions are essential skills.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, hotel teams, and Hilton matrix support teams.


At Hilton, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year (estimated), depending on qualifications and experience.
