About the Role

  • To provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • To coordinate regular medical reviews with GP or when clinically indicated, and maintain medication competency in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • To communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers, and work in a professional manner at all times.
  • To ensure ongoing assessment of resident's care needs, and implement & review resident's written care plan at regular & appropriate intervals.
  • To use organisational skills to supervise & monitor care staff to achieve safe nursing practice, and ensure best practice individualised care is provided for residents.
