We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Coordinator / Quality to join our team at Elmswood Village. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role
- To provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- To coordinate regular medical reviews with GP or when clinically indicated, and maintain medication competency in accordance with legislative requirements.
- To communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers, and work in a professional manner at all times.
- To ensure ongoing assessment of resident's care needs, and implement & review resident's written care plan at regular & appropriate intervals.
- To use organisational skills to supervise & monitor care staff to achieve safe nursing practice, and ensure best practice individualised care is provided for residents.
