**The Role**
We are looking for a Community Outcomes Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our community partnerships and relationships, focusing on achieving social and economic outcomes.
You will work closely with local service providers, Māori providers, ethnic communities, and government agencies to deliver key work programs such as our Youth to Employment program and our Welcoming Communities program. Your goal will be to provide support to enable communities to plan for and realize their social and economic aspirations.
