The Regional Data Collection Specialist plays a vital role in enabling the collection of data from diverse respondents across Aotearoa, ensuring that everyone has a seamless and secure experience.
You will work closely with our frontline teams to develop relationships with local businesses and community groups, identify and adapt to their needs, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the data collection process.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with others. Experience using everyday office software is highly valued, and being adaptable to new systems/technology is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with frontline teams to deliver high-quality data collection services
