About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to our Wealth Management division. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain corporate experience in a leading financial institution.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to assist our advisors with various processes such as client onboarding, data entry, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry & accuracy – ensuring client information is recorded correctly
  • Client onboarding – following a step-by-step manual to process new clients
  • Writing financial plans – filling in pre-populated documents based on advisor input (strong written English required)
  • Supporting a growing team – assisting with overflow tasks as the team expands

Requirements

  • Prior office experience with exposure to a corporate setting
  • A high level of integrity and discretion – handling confidential client information
  • The ability to work autonomously while being open to feedback
  • Well-presented and professional in a corporate environment
