Aggregate and Bituminous Materials Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct onsite and offsite materials testing and update electronic records.
- To test and sample aggregate, bituminous and unbound and earthworks materials including grading analysis, binder content and physical, chemical and mechanical testing in a safe and efficient manner, both in the laboratory and on contracting sites/plant.
- To maintain a safe and tidy workspace and ensure the efficient running of the laboratory.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
- Experience working with recognised accreditation standards, ie BS, ISO, NRA.
- Understand and have knowledge of all current UK and NRA (BS EN) standards, for aggregates, sub bases and coated materials.
