The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Senior Sales Coordinator, managing the order process from quotations to invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
You will be the key link between Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales transactions.

Responsibilities
* Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to support complex renewal processes, including quote preparation and opportunity management
* Develop expertise in Salesforce CRM software, inputting data, custom queries, views, and output reports
* Oversee the management of vendor portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
* Coordinate with internal departments (licensing, finance, support) to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales team

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
* 5+ years' experience in sales administration
* Experience working in technology or software industry is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools
* Excellent attention to detail, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and interpret sales data effectively
