About This Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Network Manager to join our team in New Zealand. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality customer service standards through the MBI repair network.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing the repair network to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality customer service standards

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve network performance and meet business requirements

  • Validating repair network partner propositions to ensure agreed and expected service levels

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in New Zealand repair networks

  • Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs

  • Automotive trade certificate

  • Proven track record of managing external vendors or 3PL providers

  • Prior experience of establishing and growing a repair network

  • Strong industry knowledge of systems and applications used by repair agents

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Able to convert insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps

  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g., The Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Privacy Act)
