About This Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Network Manager to join our team in New Zealand. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality customer service standards through the MBI repair network.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up and managing the repair network to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality customer service standards
Developing and implementing strategies to improve network performance and meet business requirements
Validating repair network partner propositions to ensure agreed and expected service levels
Your Qualifications
5+ years of experience in New Zealand repair networks
Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs
Automotive trade certificate
Proven track record of managing external vendors or 3PL providers
Prior experience of establishing and growing a repair network
Strong industry knowledge of systems and applications used by repair agents
Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Able to convert insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps
Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g., The Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Privacy Act)
