Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with chairpersons, building managers, committees, and owners to ensure smooth administration of strata title complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with Unit Titles Act and Regulations
• Preparing for, organizing, and chairing meetings (AGM, CM, EGM)
• Ensuring compliance with administration, service contract, and audit requirements
• Managing budgets and financials, as well as administration tasks
• Applying professional problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2-3 years of proven body corporate industry experience or similar experience in a comparable role. A tertiary degree or diploma in management, marketing/communications, law, or a related field is preferred. Strong verbal and written English skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Microsoft Office Teams experience and knowledge of Rockend are advantageous. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment is crucial.
