About Us

HEB Construction is seeking a Construction Road Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our surfacing business, you will be responsible for operating a specialized road profiling milling machine.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to profile and resurface roads with exceptional precision. This includes setting up and operating road profiler milling machines to grind and remove layers of road surfaces, executing road profiling tasks according to required tolerances, and adjusting machine settings to accommodate specific project needs.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for monitoring milling operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production timelines. You will work closely with site supervisors and project teams to ensure the smooth execution of road surfacing projects.

  • Responsibilities:

Requirements:
