Role Overview
- Leadership and Management: Oversee multiple road maintenance contracts and lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance our maintenance capabilities.
- Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring contract performance meets expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate road maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of contract managers and supervisors.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, within the road maintenance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in project management and resource allocation.
