We require a highly skilled Shift Supervisor Lead to oversee our production operations on shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the production team, ensuring they are equipped to meet our business goals.
Key responsibilities include setting and achieving production priorities, focusing on production efficiency, throughput, and status reporting. You will also contribute to and implement continuous improvement of the shift operations, engage with the team on the shop floor, and work with them to solve issues.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or operational environment, with excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. They will also have a good understanding of health, safety & environmental procedures, financial/accounting principles, and employment legislation.
