About the Role
We are seeking a Residence Manager to lead our Epuni site, providing operational leadership and expertise in managing complex situations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading in high-risk environments, building high-performance teams, and prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of children and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a focus on effective prevention of risk.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
- Build strong relationships with social workers, iwi, and Maori organizations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
