Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our business operations and driving the success of our Wellington and Auckland offices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing office logistics, including visitor bookings, reception cover, and supply ordering
• Maintaining office areas, equipment, and facilities
• Coordinating with the Divisional Office Manager and admin team
• Supporting HR with Health & Safety processes
• Providing holiday cover and assisting with administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
