Stroke Rehabilitation Therapist

**Job Overview:**
At Northern Regional Alliance, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation team at Middlemore Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide expert stroke rehabilitation services in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide occupationally focused assessments and interventions for adult clients requiring rehabilitation
- To work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- To maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
Requirements:
- NZ Registered Occupational Therapist with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 1 year Occupational Therapy experience in a physical health setting for core clinician
- Minimum 5 years Occupational Therapy experience in a physical health setting for senior clinician
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
