We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Early Discharge and Rehabilitation Service (EDARS). EDARS provides rehabilitation for adults with acute neurological conditions/surgeries, post-stroke, people with recent amputations, and reconditioning following medical-illness.

About the Role:

  • Lead an established inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services
  • Develop and implement service development projects to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with staff to provide professional supervision and mentoring

About You:

  • New Zealand registered Occupational Therapist with current APC
  • 5+ years relevant rehabilitation experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
