  • Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operations management, ideally in a leadership role, is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decision-making are essential.
  • Excellent project management skills and benefits tracking/realisation, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, are required.
  • Proficiency in process modelling hierarchies/tools, and familiarity with automation, is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organisational change is critical.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
